The importance of certification

Reps need to be appropriately equipped to engage customers in successful sales conversations. Certification is a key step in checking their understanding, knowledge and confidence.

We've learnt how cumbersome certification can be.

We've also learnt that going digital provides an opportunity to make certification meaningful at launch and beyond.
